Gentle, breath-centered flows that help you slow down and return to yourself. I also offer Family and Kid Yoga, playful, heart-centered sessions that bring mindfulness to movement and nurture calm and confidence in children.

Nurtured by Nature - coming up!
Fredericksburg, VA | October 26th, November 2nd + 9th
Three-part series designed for mothers and daughters (ages 7-13) to reconnect with nature. Each 60-minute session will include gentle movement and breathwork, a mindful nature hike and meditation, a sensory exploration activity and conclude with group reflection.

Seasonal gatherings across Virginia that invite you to reconnect with nature, community and your inner calm. Some are designed just for moms, others for families to experience mindful joy together.

Hi, I’m Emily! I’m a mom of two girls, a yoga teacher, a mindful outdoor guide and a wellness coach.

I’ve spent years balancing leadership, motherhood and the pull to be everything to everyone. Mindfulness taught me how to move through my days with more ease, not by doing more, but by being more present.

Now I help other moms do the same. Together, we focus on finding calm, clarity, and confidence in your work, your home and the space between.
